I have been working out and training with Robyn & Ken Aites and I have to say that I am feeling much better than when I started. I am eating more nutritious food and balanced meals in smaller portions, which I didn’t realize what kind of bad habits I had! I am able to see a difference in my body, strength and core strength since I’ve started. I can now do exercises on a daily basis, that I couldn’t do in the very beginning. I am also losing weight. It is a slow progression on a weekly basis, versus losing a lot of weight quickly in the first couple weeks. I feel very comfortable with losing the weight slowly because I am not hungry between meals, And I actually snack between meals as long as it’s healthy snacks. I’ve learned a great deal from Robyn and her knowledge and expertise in the field of training and knowing what to do properly. Thank you, Robyn & Ken, for helping me on this journey which I needed to have started a long time ago, but I guess I can say it’s better late than never. I am going to be 76 years old, and I realize that I can do a great deal more than I thought I could do. I appreciate you staying in touch with me daily and providing me with meal planning recipes and training on a daily basis. And better yet, you give me positive feedback and encouragement to help me to want to keep going! Thank you for your emotional support! That alone gives me hope and strength to keep forging ahead. I know I couldn’t do it all by myself. Thank you so much!
